About Sintrix
A building is an orchestra.
Sintrix is an MEP contractor in Egypt. We design, install and commission a building's power and its intelligence, and make them perform as one.
Our story
Its power systems are the rhythm: generators, distribution, lighting, elevators and the air that keeps it comfortable. Its intelligence is the melody: fire alarm, access control, cameras, sound and automation, sensing and responding every second.
Installed apart, they are noise. Conducted together, they become a symphony.
Sintrix orchestrates that symphony. We read the drawings like a score, compose every interface before a single cable is pulled, and tune each system until it plays in harmony with the rest. When the fire alarm sounds, the doors release, the elevators return and the air falls still, each on cue.

Sintrix is built on more than a century of electrical contracting experience, carried through generations of our family and now part of one company.

The score
Every interface between systems is composed on paper before it is built on site. Each system is coordinated with the others on the shop drawings, so nothing is left to be solved in the field.
The conductor
One team leads every system, under one programme and one point of contact. Fewer interfaces for the main contractor, and no gaps between trades.
The tuning
Every system is tested, commissioned and tuned to perform with the others, then handed over fully documented.
Kept in tune
After handover, our maintenance teams keep every system performing for the life of the building.
